In addition to customer support, FAQ can be used for any information you might want to access repeatedly, such as travel directions, standard boilerplate wording, small print. safety warnings, instructions to pupils on a school trip etc. The final text (and attached images) can be placed in an email or copied to the clipboard.
The new version of FAQ 1.1 adds iPhone 5 and iOS6 support, and duplicating of email topics.
