Washington, DC – Appadana today is proud to announce Swipe for iPhone and iPad, currently being featured on the App Store homepage under new and noteworthy. Swipe allows you to add beautiful typography to your images with a simple swipe of your finger. Import images from your photo library or take a picture with your camera within the app.

Swipe the image where you want to place your text and Swipe places the text according to your finger location and direction. No need to manual place text boxes or type in pre made form fields to add text. Select from over 100 fonts, adjust size, color, transparency, rotation, alignment, and drop shadow. Add as many text layers and you want to your image and move each around freely. The swipe snap feature makes it simple to add straight text lines.

Share to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, Tumblr, photo library, email, your clipboard, or send a postcard of your image to anyone in the world! Swipe saves your image at full resolution to your photo library. The built in photo gallery allows you to view, share, and edit your images. All text edits are saved allowing you to re-edit your photos as many times as you want.
